This replacement front frame rail section fits the passenger side of 41-45 MB/GPW models. Measures 18- inches in length and includes the grille mounting bracket (does not include bumper gussets). For left front frame rail, use 12021.31. For upper bumper gussets, use 12021.27 (LH) and 12021.28 (RH). For lower bumper gussets, use 12021.29 (LH) and 12021.30 (RH). Replaces OE A-111144
