🚚 Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Custom or special-order parts may require additional lead time. We will notify you if delays are expected.
📦 Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options through trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout when available.

Most orders ship from our primary location or directly from our warehouse or manufacturer partner.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
📫 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.
🔁 Backorders & Partial Shipments

If your order includes backordered items, we may ship items separately to avoid delays.

You’ll be notified of any backorders or unexpected stock issues.
🛑 Undeliverable Packages & Refused Shipments

Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused without authorization may be subject to reshipping fees and/or a 20% restocking fee.

❗ Shipping Damage or Loss

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

All shipments are insured to a basic extent. Claims for loss or damage are handled on a case-by-case basis with the shipping carrier.
