Hurrey’s Offroad – Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policies below before placing your order.


🚚 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or special-order parts may require additional lead time. We will notify you if delays are expected.


📦 Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options through trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout when available.


🇺🇸 Shipping Within the U.S.

  • Most orders ship from our primary location or directly from our warehouse or manufacturer partner.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by product, location, and shipping method selected.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


📫 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.


🔁 Backorders & Partial Shipments

  • If your order includes backordered items, we may ship items separately to avoid delays.

  • You’ll be notified of any backorders or unexpected stock issues.


🛑 Undeliverable Packages & Refused Shipments

  • Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused without authorization may be subject to reshipping fees and/or a 20% restocking fee.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.


Shipping Damage or Loss

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • All shipments are insured to a basic extent. Claims for loss or damage are handled on a case-by-case basis with the shipping carrier.
