Refund policy

At Hurrey’s Offroad, we are committed to providing quality automotive parts and accessories, along with clear and fair policies for our customers. While many of our products are backed by manufacturer warranties, we also offer a return policy to ensure customer satisfaction.


✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition, including original packaging and all components.

  • The return request is submitted within 20 days of delivery.


📝 Return Authorization Required

All returns must be pre-approved. To initiate a return, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

Returns sent without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.


⏳ Return Window

Return requests must be made within 20 days of the delivery date.


💳 Refund Process

  • All approved returns will be inspected upon arrival.

  • If the item meets return or warranty criteria, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Special order or custom parts

  • Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged due to misuse

  • Products not returned in original packaging with all included components and documentation


📦 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

  • If an item is found to be defective and covered under warranty, Hurrey’s Offroad may reimburse return shipping costs on a case-by-case basis.
