Engineered for maximum strength without adding weight, the Forged Billet Upper Control Arm delivers increased durability, improved suspension geOld Man Emutry and handling on lifted vehicles, machined and finished in a resilient hard anodize to produce an arm that looks as good as it performs. Unlike billet arms machined from solid stock or fabricated arms assembled from multiple welded components, the forging process shapes the aluminum under extreme pressure, aligning the material’s grain structure with the form of the control arm. This process produces the strongest result, a rigid component with excellent fatigue resistance all while reducing weight. Expanding on Old Man Emu's existing range of Upper Control Arms, the Forged Billet Upper Control Arm includes free pivoting GIIRO bushings, sealed in a self lubricating housing, with dual 85 durOld Man Emuter poly-compound for a comfortable ride and reduced noise and vibrations. Additionally, recessed under the outer cap is a durable high articulation ball joint, this is also sealed making the Forged Billet Upper Control Arms completely maintanence free.
