A LOOK INSIDE:
THE DUALLY Built for a purpose
Built without compromise. Engineered to be driven. Proven one detail at a time.
Current build progress
Built against the clock.
The build is in full swing. Fabrication, wiring, plumbing, lighting, suspension, and final assembly are happening in real time as DUALLY comes together piece by piece.
The truck is being built with a November 3, 2026 Las Vegas deadline.
Vehicle
2018 RAM 3500HD
A purpose-built RAM 3500 dually that blends custom fabrication, innovative engineering, and premium components into a truck designed to be driven—not just displayed.
Goal
Purpose Built
Engineer a one-of-a-kind RAM 3500 dually that seamlessly integrates custom fabrication, premium components, and practical functionality into a cohesive, purpose-built vehicle.
Current work
Parts & install
The build has moved from concept to execution. Fabrication, wiring, system integration, and final assembly are now underway.
Locked
Lock the system
Fuel, wheel, tire, suspension, lighting, switch control, and clearance decisions get locked before the truck gets scattered across the shop.
Current stage
Parts & install
The boxes keep showing up. Parts are being staged, systems are coming together, and the truck is taking shape one component at a time.
Next push
Fit, wire, finish
Lighting, suspension, fuel, electrical, wheels, and final details are installed and verified as each system comes together.
FINAL PUSH
Shake down
The final push before hitting the road and proving the build where it matters most.

Why We're Building This
Honestly? Because we wanted a project that would push us.
This isn't a catalog build where you bolt on a lift kit, throw some wheels on it, and call it custom. Every major system on this truck is being rethought, designed, built, tested, and, if we're being honest, occasionally redesigned after we realize there's a better way.
Sure, SEMA is the destination, but it isn't the reason.
The reason is to prove what a small independent shop can accomplish when you stop asking, "What's the easiest way?" and start asking, "What's the right way?"
Some nights everything goes exactly as planned. Other nights we spend six hours changing a bracket by an inch because the suspension geometry deserves it. That's fabrication. That's engineering. That's the process.
We're documenting the wins, the setbacks, the late nights, and the problem solving because that's what building something like this actually looks like. If you're following along, you're seeing the real project—not just the polished photos after it's finished.
By the time this truck rolls into Las Vegas, we don't just want people to see a finished build. We want them to understand everything it took to get there.
