Choose by application

Start with the job, not the part number.

Road. Trail. Vehicle kit. Scene. Define the use first; then match beam, housing, mounting geometry and wiring.

SAE-marked starting point

Road & weather

Start with the exact SAE-marked product, vehicle position, aiming and local requirements.

Ditch + peripheral visibility

Trail & side fill

Add controlled width where the driver actually needs it without guessing at the mount.

Hardware planned together

Vehicle-specific kits

Choose the light, brackets and factory-bumper position as one verified package.

Low-speed utility

Work & scene

Plan camp, bed, reverse and work zones around useful placement and protected wiring.
Road-use details

SAE and J583 markings are product- and application-specific. Mounting orientation, aiming, local law and vehicle configuration still matter; this page does not make a blanket road-legality claim.

Flagship platforms

Meet the platforms that define the build.

Phoenix leads with selectable color, power and lens options. Adapt remains the active-beam alternative. Choose by outcome—not hype.

Product availability can include distributor or inbound supply; it does not guarantee same-day shelf stock. Phoenix harnesses and L-shaped brackets may be separate, and included parts vary by product.

Phoenix flagship platform

Five color modes. Three power levels. One modular system.

Move from crisp cool white through warm and amber, choose Phoenix 5, Phoenix XL or a Connect bar, then match Spot, Drive or Combo lenses to the job.

The Hurrey system plan

Output means nothing without the right geometry.

Application. Beam. Housing. Mount. Power. Aim. Hurrey's turns a RIGID product into a system that fits the exact vehicle and job.

Plan my complete system
  1. 01
    Application + beam

Define road, trail, distance, scene or rear visibility before choosing output.

  2. 02
    Housing + position

Match pod, bar or round format to the available space and viewing angle.

  3. 03
    Vehicle + mount

Verify year, trim, bumper, rack, brackets, camera and physical clearance.

  4. 04
    Power + aim

Choose one control path, protect the wiring and aim the finished system.

Mounting geometry first

The mount is part of the lighting system.

Bumper, grille, rack, trim, camera, brackets and power system determine the right answer. The recommendation begins with the exact vehicle—not a generic cart.

No checkout commitment. Your request is reviewed before Hurrey's recommends a system.

Fitment is reviewed before purchase. Available inventory can include distributor or inbound supply.

Before you order

The details that protect the build.

Is every RIGID light legal for road use?

No. Road use depends on the exact product, SAE or J583 markings, application, aiming, mounting orientation and local law. Hurrey's reviews intended use but does not replace local legal guidance.

What makes Phoenix different?

Phoenix adds selectable cool, natural, full-power, warm and amber modes, three power settings and swappable Spot, Drive and Combo lens paths across pod and Connect-bar formats.

What is included with a RIGID light?

Included parts vary by SKU. Some products are singles, pairs or complete vehicle kits; harnesses, L-shaped brackets or other mounting hardware can be separate. Hurrey's checks the package before purchase.

Do I need sPOD or another controller?

Not always. Use one reviewed control path: the correct standalone harness, an sPOD/controller interface, or compatible factory upfitters. Do not stack redundant harness paths.

Does “available” mean it is on the shelf today?

No. Online availability can include local inventory, distributor stock or inbound supply. Call or text for a same-day shelf check.
